The Clean Production Agreements (APL, for its acronym in Spanish) are voluntary agreements that establish actions and goals to achieve clean production in a given period. The APL instrument was the first NAMA (Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Action), registered and recognized in the world in 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Chilealimentos, a private association of the processed food sector, the main exporter of processed fruits and vegetables in the Southern hemisphere, is finishing its third APL. &nbsp;The consolidation and dissemination of the results of this APL have been supported in the framework of the Community of Practice Private Sector Involvement in Climate Policy Processes in Latin America, facilitated by the EUROCLIMA+ Program through GIZ, LEDS LAC Secretariat and the CLACDS of INCAE Business School.<\/p>\n<p>This webinar will present the &nbsp;the sustainability and climate change indicators of Chilealimentos, and share the APL methodology which can be replicated in other sectors and countries.
