Cities taking action on climate change<\/b><\/p>\n

The Latin America and the Caribbean Platform for Low Emission Resilient Development Strategies (LEDS LAC) is pleased to invite you to the series of webinars that will feature the experiences of cities that are taking action on climate change, with the support of regional cooperation initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n

Two case studies will be presented: the Cooperation in Border Cities project , covering Ciudad del Este in Paraguay, Foz de Iguaz\u00fa in Brazil and Puerto Iguaz\u00fa in Argentina; and the Participatory Planning for Climate Resilience project, covering Santa Ana in El Salvador , Santo Tom\u00e9 in Argentina and Dosquebradas in Colombia.<\/span><\/p>\n

The webinar will present the results of the project, the advances in the development and application of the water footprint methodology in cities, and the case of the Footprint Reduction Plan  in the City of Cuenca, Ecuador.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Footprint of Cities Project is an initiative of CAF – development bank of Latin America – in partnership with AFD – French Development Agency – and Climate and Development Alliance (CDKN), and implemented by the consultancy Servicios Ambientales S.A.<\/span><\/p>\n
