          About the webinar<\/b><\/h3>\n

          An effective response to the challenges of climate change requires collaborative action at different levels of government. Municipalities play a central role in both mitigation and adaptation to climate change.<\/p>\n

          This webinar will present and discuss tools that have been developed by the NGO Adapt-Chile with the support of EUROCLIMA Technical Assistance to support municipalities in the participatory development of local climate change plans. The tools have been validated in workshops with local governments in Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador and Uruguay. The first tool has been published and is available online: http:\/\/www.euroclima.org\/es\/servicios-de-informacion\/libros-euroclima<\/a><\/p>\n
