As a consequence of the increased use of motorized vehicles in Bogota, there are high concentrations of particulate matter and greenhouse gas emissions, generating deterioration of air quality and increased risks for respiratory diseases. It also reinforces the path contrary to Colombia's commitment to comply with the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).<\/p>\n<p>Achieving a public policy requires specific strategies and actions that are articulated and designed jointly by the co-responsible entities and that are aligned with the mobility strategies of zero and low emission technologies proposed at the global and national level. This webinar presents the District Mobility Secretary, who leads the development of this public policy, the actions implemented in public transportation through Transmilenio's exhibition, and, finally, how these two articulate their actions with the energy sector, through a presentation of ENEL CODENSA. She is a lawyer, specialist in Corporate Tax Law, Master in Economic Analysis of Law and Public Policy. She has served as an advisor in public and private institutions in the infrastructure, transportation and information technology and telecommunications sectors. She has worked since 2016 in TRANSMILENIO S.A. in projects such as the restructuring of the contracts of the zonal component of the Integrated Public Transport System, the selection processes for the renewal of the trunk fleet and the selection processes for the provision and operation of electric zonal fleet and with Euro VI emission standard. He currently serves as Director of Electric Mobility for the Enel Group in Colombia. He has extensive experience in the development of electric mobility projects for the city, where he has been a promoter of projects such as Bogot\u00e1 Zero Emissions Zone, Bogot\u00e1 Electrika, Car Sharing, Electric Special Service Fleets, the Bogot\u00e1 Electric Taxi Pilot and the assembly of public and private electric charging infrastructure.
