style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fortalecer el nexo entre la descarbonizaci\u00f3n del transporte y el sector energ\u00e9tico es clave para el cumplimiento de los compromisos del Acuerdo de Par\u00eds y los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de los pa\u00edses. Lamentablemente, esto no siempre se reconoce en la de\ufb01nici\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y estrategias privadas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para alcanzar la descarbonizaci\u00f3n del transporte, se requiere de una plani\ufb01caci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica articulada entre ambos sectores. El mapa de elementos e interconexiones resalta los puntos de nexo en los que se debe hacer \u00e9nfasis para habilitar la transici\u00f3n hacia una movilidad de baja y cero emisiones. Al tratarse de un campo de acci\u00f3n tan complejo y multisectorial, <\/span><b>contar con estrategias conjuntas, continuas y claras entre los sectores energ\u00eda y transporte permitir\u00e1 plani\ufb01car y focalizar las acciones, dinamizando procesos de implementaci\u00f3n incremental y en cascada<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A su vez, fortalecer y orientar las acciones en migrar hacia tecnolog\u00edas m\u00e1s e\ufb01cientes y fuentes de energ\u00eda m\u00e1s limpias decantar\u00e1 en la descarbonizaci\u00f3n del transporte.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es indispensable<\/span><b> distinguir cu\u00e1les son las necesidades e intereses de cada actor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, como tambi\u00e9n reconocer que los roles que asumen los actores privados, p\u00fablicos y del tercer sector var\u00edan seg\u00fan lo que se est\u00e9 trabajando. Las necesidades de un grupo pueden ser satisfechas con los aportes de otros, demostrando as\u00ed la importancia y necesidad del trabajo en conjunto para promover instancias multisectoriales y multiactorales que conlleven a la articulaci\u00f3n de los mismos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La articulaci\u00f3n entre ambos sectores debe ocurrir a partir de un di\u00e1logo multisectorial que incluya a todos los niveles de acci\u00f3n. Los actores p\u00fablicos deben generar un marco de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas claras y continuas con regulaci\u00f3n y normatividad adecuadas, esto permitir\u00e1 alinear las estrategias privadas con las metas, reduciendo las inequidades en el acceso al transporte sostenible y a las energ\u00edas limpias.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formulaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas debe incluir a actores privados y del tercer sector. En este sentido, los actores privados deben involucrarse exponiendo su visi\u00f3n de negocio y su perspectiva acerca de las necesidades y barreras existentes.
